Why?

While researching this deadly monster, I hope to find why it kills so many and why there is yet to be a cure. I want to know what causes it? I want to know why sometimes cancer is caught early and why sometimes it is caught too late? I want to know why the good guys die young?

Now onto another subject. Sometime before I earn a degree in teaching I will figure out why people drink and drive. Why do people like to drink so much that they can't hardly stand let alone control an automobile? What causes the mind to wonder from a normal state of thinking to an abnormal boundary after one too many. What's in the alcohol that can leave such devastating effects? How many drinks would it take for an average size person, male or female,to lose control of an automobile and seriously injure someone else? These are the questions that very few people think about before having a few drinks and I want to know why?

How do people become attached to nicotine? What's in it that makes it so desireable? Cigaretts leave bad breath, yellow teath, and can cause a numer of health problems. What makes it so irresistable? If people start smoking at a young age they usually don't stop or if they do it's usually not until much later. Why?

  1. Researching cancer is a broad task, so as you do some preliminary research, work hard at finding different avenues to take on this. Why do the good guys die young isn't really an answerable question, so keep trying on the questions.
